Booking Policies

Late Arrivals
Up to 10 mins lateGrace period
10 – 15 mins late+£5 fee
15 – 20 mins late+£10 fee
Over 20 mins lateAppointment cancelled

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • At least 48 hours' notice required
  • You may reschedule once only
  • Same-day cancellation: 50% of remaining balance charged
  • No-show: full amount charged + possible ban
  • Deposit is always forfeited on cancellation

Nail Prep Rules
  • Come with bare, natural nails unless removal is booked
  • Book soak-off add-on if you have product on already
  • Will not work over other technicians' sets
  • Send a photo before booking if nails are damaged or badly bitten
  • Arrive with clean, dry hands — no oils or moisturiser on nails

Refunds & Aftercare
  • No monetary refunds under any circumstances
  • Contact within 72 hours if something isn't right
  • Valid issues corrected free of charge
  • Emergency same-day: +£10 fee — message first
