📋 Booking Policies — Please Read

—A non-refundable £11 deposit is required. Deducted from your total on the day.
—At least 48 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule. You may reschedule once only.
—Late arrivals: 10–15 mins = +£5 · 15–20 mins = +£10 · Over 20 mins = cancelled
—No refunds. Issues must be raised within 72 hours and will be corrected free of charge.
—Same-day emergency bookings carry an additional +£10 fee — message us first.

Come with bare natural nails unless you've booked a removal. If nails are badly bitten or damaged, send a photo via @nailchateau on Instagram first. We do not work over other technicians' sets.
